Founded in 1992, Robert Lindahl Realty, Inc. (RLR, Inc.) is a residential, commercial and investment real estate brokerage based in St. Paul, MN. As a small business with over 35 years of experience and millions in commercial and residential transactions, we have a successful track record in the industry. 

We offer a flexible and individualized array of services to clients with a particular expertise in commercial and residential property dealings. These services include: investment, purchase, renovation and long term rental of community based housing, commercial sales and leasing, commercial and residential property management, pre-foreclosure mortgage note acquisitions and commercial property turn-around to investment land acquisitions. 

Brokerage services include representation of buyers, sellers, landlords and tenants as well as development, site selections, consultation, asset valuation and strategic marketing.

    Commercial Real Estate

    We offer full brokerage services for leasing and sale of commercial properties, and are active members of  Minnesota Commercial Association of Realtors (MNCAR).  We also actively manage commercial sites in Minnesota, and handle leasing management and brokerage services for clients with multiple State locations.

    Residential Real Estate

    Being able to work with both residential and commercial real estate over many years has kept us involved in multiple markets.  On the Residential side we offer full Brokerage Services, with membership in the St. Paul Area Board Of Realtors, National Board of Realtors, and Multiple Listing Services.  We work with both investors and investment related residential transactions and owner occupants.  

Robert E. Lindahl is a graduate of the highly regarded St. Cloud State University real estate program. He has been a real estate broker since 1987. 

Robert got his start in the industry specializing in brokerage of multi-housing apartments. Over 35 years, Robert’s expertise has expanded to all aspects of residential housing, including ownership and renovation of community based housing for persons with disabilities as well as commercial adult dare care locations. Robert actively manages commercial office leasing activities in 15 states and is currently involved in office development, leasing and acquisition of commercial properties through foreclosures and foreclosed mortgage notes. 

He founded Robert Lindahl Realty, Inc. in 1992 and is a member of the Minnesota Commercial Association of Realtors (MNCAR), St. Paul Association of Realtors (SPAAR), Minnesota Association of Realtors (MAR), and the National Association of Realtors (NAR).
